Promoting Financial Wellness
One of the biggest opportunities for impact is through robust financial wellness programs—for members, local students and 家庭, and the broader community.

Creating Impactful Partnerships
- We partner with local government programs, including Arlington County Government*, to provide financial education and support employees’ financial wellness
- We work closely with local nonprofits to complement their programs through financial education and deepen their impact through sponsorships
- We support Arlington County Public School* students, 家庭, and staff to create bright futures through financial empowerment initiatives
- We belong to our local chambers of commerce to support education and advocacy for businesses in our community

Lending where it matters most
- We are a designated Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI), giving us the opportunity to support low-income communities through special lending programs and federal grant funds.
- We are a Low Income Designated (LID) credit union, which allows us to better serve our community with a focus on financial empowerment for those historically underserved.
Our passion for giving back
- Arlington Community FCU team members work together to support nonprofit organizations, through dedicated volunteer days and small group opportunities
- Team members volunteer in their home communities with organizations for which they have a personal passion, broadening the impact of our volunteer program
- Many of our leaders volunteer their time and expertise to nonprofit and industry boards and committees
